Every Velvetail item is made to order and printed just for you, so please
allow a little time for production before your order ships.

Processing time
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping time (United States)
After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Most US orders
arrive within 5–12 business days total from the date of purchase.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
number so you can follow your package.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays,
or events outside our control. We're not liable for shipping carrier delays,
but if your order is significantly late, email us at velvetailshop@gmail.com
and we'll help.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible
for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake,
contact us within 24 hours at velvetailshop@gmail.com.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If we expand shipping to your
region, it will be available at checkout.
