Shipping policy
Every Velvetail item is made to order and printed just for you, so please allow a little time for production before your order ships.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase, no exceptions. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Processing time
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Shipping time
After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days total from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude US public holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us at support@velvetail.co and we'll look into it.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or events outside our control. We are not liable for carrier delays. That said, if your order is significantly late, email us at support@velvetail.co and we will help — we track every order and will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact your local carrier first, as packages are often marked delivered a day early.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at support@velvetail.co and we will send a free replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, and we cannot recover a package once it has been delivered to the address you supplied.
If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@velvetail.co. Because production starts quickly, we will correct the address when we can, but we cannot guarantee it.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If we expand shipping to your region, it will be available at checkout.
