Returns & Refunds

Every Velvetail item is made to order and printed just for you. Because of
this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size,
or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before
ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at
velvetailshop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the
issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to
return the item.

Order changes & cancellations
Since we begin production quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of
ordering if you need to change or cancel. After that, your item may already
be in production and cannot be changed.

Refunds
Once an issue is approved, your refund will be processed to your original
payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your
bank or card provider to post the refund.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of
delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
